** No, we are strictly a wholesaler catering to the Fashion Printing and Embellishment Industry.

Sorry but we Do Not sell Retail to Individual Parties at this time.

 

What are your minimums?

** We do not have any minimum. You can purchase just One Piece to start for your sampling needs.

Our prices vary according to the quantity ordered.
(Sample Price) – Order of 1-11 pieces of any style/color/size.
(Dozen Price) – Order of 12+ pieces of any style/color/size.
(Pre-pack Price) -  Order in our pre-arranged size assortment per style (Refer to Web Site Product Descriptions for size assortment of each individual style).

 

How do I set-up a wholesale account?


You can download our “Account Setup Form” fill it out and fax it

How do I place an order?
You can submit your company PO by fax, email or call our Customer Service Representatives.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

** Visa, Master Card, American Express, Cashier’s Check, Money Order.

Company Check – order will ship once company check clears and funds are in our account.

Sorry but we Do Not ship C.O.D at this time.

 

How do I apply for Credit Terms?

** Sorry but we Do Not offer Credit Terms at this time.

 

Where do you ship from?

** We ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.

 

What are your shipping methods?

** Our preferred carrier is UPS but we can ship FedEx upon request.

We can also ship collect using your UPS or FedEx Account upon request.

All shipments are F.O.B our warehouse in Los Angeles.

 

Can I pick up my order if I’m in the vicinity of Los Angeles?

** Sorry but we Do Not offer Will Call Service at this time.

 

What happens if an item is back ordered?

** If you order a Back Order item. We will ship them to you soon as we receive the item into our inventory.

 

What is your return policy?

** We will accept returns within 7 Days after customer’s receipt of merchandise provided the merchandise has not been altered in any way.  A “RMA” is required for all returns and can be obtained from our customer service representatives (Please refer to our Terms & Conditions).

All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to freight and all other applicable charges.

 

How do your Sizes Work?

** Our Shirts come in Multiple Silhouettes. Each has a unique fit like Regular, Slim or Athletic.

You will find each fit listed on our Website in the Product Descriptions.

If you need the Detailed Specifications of each individual styles that we offer, please e-mail us or request it from our customer service representatives.

 

Do you offer products already printed or screen printing service?

** The various already decorated shirts on our web site are for your technical reference only. We Do Not offer screen printing or embellishment services. We are a Blank Supplier and offer you the Blank Canvas for your Creativity and Designs.

 

Can your shirts be Dyed or Washed?

Our Shirts are NOT specifically made for Garment Dyeing or any kind of Wash Treatments.

Our Shirts are made with Polyester Thread and will not absorb Dye Agent/Color or Chemicals.

But our customers have performed Garment Dye and/or various Wash Treatments and were happy with the unique look of having the Contrasting Thread Color against the Custom Dyed Body Color or Wash Effect. It is up to each individual customer’s requirement and discretion.
