PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THOROUTHLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. BY THE ACT OF PLACING AN ORDER YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. DECO BLANKS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO CUSTOMER.
Payment and Shipping Terms:
We accept Visa/Master Card, American Express, Cashier’s Check. Company checks are accepted but merchandise will not be shipped until the check clears and the funds are in our bank account. Customer will be charged a $30.00 service charge for any returned checks.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges FOB Seller’s Warehouse. Deco Blanks will not be responsible for any non-delivery, delay, loss or damage during shipment. Orders received before 12PM (Pacific Standard Time) will usually be shipped the same day but it is not guaranteed. Orders are usually shipped by UPS. Will ship by Customer’s designated carrier upon request.
All shipments are processed through carriers, No Will Calls.
Discharge Printing:
Our products are reactive dyed and should work well with discharge print techniques.
However Deco Blanks will not guarantee discharge printability. It is the responsibility of the buyer to test your discharge print process on the garments you received before proceeding to print your entire order. If you do not like the result of your print test or in case the garment did not discharge you can return any unprinted garments for credit.
Deco Blanks will not reimburse or be held responsible for shipping charges, printing charges, printed garments or any other charges involved with customer’s discharge print processes.
Garment Dye and Special Washing Techniques:
Our Shirts are NOT specifically made for Garment Dyeing or any kind of Wash Treatments.
Our Shirts are made with Polyester Threads and will not absorb Dye Agent/Color or Chemicals.
But our customers have performed Garment Dye or various Wash Treatments and were happy with the unique look of having the Contrasting Thread Color against the Custom Dyed Body Color or Wash Effect. Again it is the customer’s responsibility to test and see the results before processing the entire order. Deco Blanks will not reimburse or be held responsible for any loss resulting from dyeing or washing.
Defects and Shipping Discrepancies:
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receipt. Customer shall notify Deco Blanks in writing Within 7 Days of receipt of merchandise and before any alterations. Deco Blanks will not be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party other than the customer.
Due to possible human error customer needs to check received merchandise matches what was ordered and resolve any claims of shortage or incorrect sizing. Under no circumstance will Deco Blanks accept claims or returns in which merchandise has been Dyed, Washed, Printed, Embroidered, Re-labeled or if the Label’s been removed due to incorrect shipments.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:
All returns, exchanges and cancellations must be made with in 7 Days after customer’s receipt
of merchandise. A Return Merchandise Authorization form referencing the Invoice Number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department and enclosed in the box. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused and returned at customer’s expense.
All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to freight and additional applicable charges.
